No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the unique and natural nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please carefully review your order before confirming your purchase.
Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, insurance coverage will allow us to assist in filing a claim with the carrier. Please contact us within 1 day of delivery with photos or relevant information to support the claim. Replacement or refund will be handled through the shipping insurance. While we take care to prevent damage during shipping, we cannot guarantee replacement for items lost or damaged without insurance.
